1: Call for Event Proposals
Deadline: 5 March 2027
We will publish a formal Call for Event Proposals in late 2026. This is your chance to submit event ideas for the Reading Climate Festival 2027 programme.
2: Curating the Programme
Lots and lots of logistics
It takes at least 6 weeks to turn your ideas into a final programme; real dates, times, places, event descriptions and registration pages. We want to finalise the programme earlier this year to improve marketing lead times.
3: Sponsorship & spreading the word
Everyone can help
Local organisations and communicators can help us engage new people in new ways! We're also looking for sponsors. Please get in touch if you'd like to be a sponsor, communications or media partner in 2027.
