Many of the events that formed the programme for Reading Climate Festival are now available to view on demand via the Reading Culture Live website. If you missed them at the time, this is a great opportunity to catch up. We plan to keep them online for as long as they remain relevant, leaving a legacy for Reading’s first Climate Festival.
The events you can watch cover wide-ranging topics, from family-friendly play-based activities to hard-hitting conversations about climate justice. There are also practical sessions to help you access grant funding for energy efficiency measures in your home or business. Plus thought-provoking debates about the role of citizens assemblies in shaping climate change policy, how to reduce the carbon emissions associated with transport and what to do with your food waste. There’s even music and conversations from some talented local musicians.
