Throughout 2021, the Science Museum Group is hosting a series of Climate Events– panel discussions, Q&As and events connecting you with leaders, experts, activists and campaigners as they discuss how to tackle the problems facing our communities due to climate change.
What: A free event to set the agenda for November’s UN Climate Conference in Glasgow. Expect a brilliant panel of experts in climate science, policy and economics. The panel will be discussing what needs to happen in Glasgow to ensure that nations make bolder global commitments.

OUR FUTURE PLANET
What: A free new exhibition at The Science Museum, that explores the technologies that are being developed to remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. Learn how to preserve ancient woodland, capture carbon dioxide from the air and find what challenges are involved.
When: May 2021 – May 2022.

HOW TO FEED THE WORLD WITHOUT COSTING THE EARTH
What: A free online debate exploring how the way that we produce, transport and consume food needs to change to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Expect a panel of experts in agriculture and food innovation.

What: A free science show, that will explore what carbon is, why its causing our planet problems and what we can do to solve them. Age 7+.
